BSN type piston rod seal is a single-acting reciprocating hydraulic rod seal designed for hydraulic cylinder piston rods. It adopts a precision asymmetrical lip profile with pressure self-energizing sealing principle. As hydraulic pressure rises, the sealing lip closely adheres to the rod surface to block internal hydraulic fluid leakage and prevent external dust, dirt and moisture from entering the cylinder interior.
Produced from high-grade polyurethane material, the BSN piston rod seal has excellent wear resistance, high tear strength and low friction coefficient. Its optimized cross-section structure provides reliable anti-extrusion performance under high pressure, effectively resisting extrusion deformation and damage during long-time reciprocating movement. It can maintain stable sealing performance at working pressure up to 35 MPa, with operating temperature ranging from -30℃ to 100℃.
