OUY type piston seal is a dedicated double-acting hydraulic piston seal developed for installation on hydraulic cylinder pistons. It separates high-pressure and low-pressure chambers inside the cylinder, preventing hydraulic fluid bypassing across the piston to maintain stable cylinder thrust. Featuring a precision symmetrical lip profile, the OUY piston seal achieves pressure self-energizing sealing effect under bidirectional pressure.
Made of high-performance polyurethane material, the OUY piston seal delivers excellent wear resistance, high tear strength and low friction sliding against the cylinder bore. Its optimized cross-section provides outstanding anti-extrusion performance, resisting deformation and extrusion damage during repeated reciprocating operation. It can run stably under working pressure up to 35 MPa, with operating temperature ranging from -30℃ to 100℃.
